Staff is great and very welcoming! Looked at many places to get an engagement ring and they were the best, took their time to explain everything and make sure it was the right one! Also had great prices, plus i live out of state and they shipped it to me for free, even called when it shipped and when it arrived to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.

The service here is exceptional!! I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to have 2 watch batteries replaced. The lovely girl explained that they would need to be sent out, and to expect them in about a week. On Thursday, she called to say they were back and ready to be picked up. One of the watches had some bad scratches on the face. The watch repair person was able to buff them out completely, making the watch look almost brand new again! 🙂 I would definitely return to Snyder!

5 star staff, 5 star customer service, 5 star repair work, 5 star merchandise! Recently brought my husband’s watch to them for repair/battery exchange and found out that it was a pneumatic (works when it is shaken to start up the inside - no battery). No charge for assessment, friendly and honest staff. Also had my grandmothers ring resized and buffed up, looks like a brand new band! Amazing work!! All you could ask for in a local business!! My fiancé surprised me on Christmas Day with a gorgeous infinity engagement ring from Snyder's. It looks absolutely stunning. I get compliments on it all the time. Tiffany is the best! She helped my fiancé design the most perfect and unique engagement ring and made it happen on short notice when he impulsively decided to propose in 2014. Snyder is now my go-to jeweler and I recently returned there to purchase a pearl necklace for my goddaughter, and once again, Tiffany was amazing. She is professional, informative, and won't stop until you have the piece you always dreamed of. I have been in and out to look at wedding bands too, and anytime I enter the store I am greeted warmly by the staff who immediately offer to clean my diamond ring. This is a great place to shop for an engagement ring if you are in the market for one. The staff is great to work with. Marc (I think that is his name), the owner, is very knowledgeable and is very candid when talking about diamonds. He will answer any questions you have for him. Tiffany, the girl who showed me the settings, was very patience with me. Tiffany actually went above and beyond by designing a setting for after talking to me.

I can't say enough great things about Snyder Jewelers. My husband and I have been doing business with them for years. My wife got her engagement ring fixed here (the bottom of the ring had broken from so much wear/tear) and from what she told me they were very nice and accommodating. They had her ring fixed within a week and there was even a $10 coupon offered on Yelp for the repair she was getting. When she went to pick it up it was sparkling clean and fixed perfectly! She asked them how they got it so sparkly and they gave her tips as to how to clean it as well as a free 4 Oz. container of jewelry cleaner for free! It was so nice of them. Will definitely be coming back for future repair needs

Snyder Jewelers provided quite literally the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. From start to finish they helped me out with the the perfect mix of personability and professionalism. I've got to hand it to Tiffany, she really will put in the effort and get some serious research done to help you make the right choice. Cannot even begin to write how fabulous Snyder Jewelers is and has been to my entire family (3 generations and in-laws also). The entire staff knows their clientele so well they are able to personally let you know when something comes in you may like (love). Their Ladies night during the holidays is the perfect time to pick something out and they let your "special someone" know what it is you REALLY would like as a gift. As I stated, my entire family uses Snyder including my children. They treat us all as if we were their only customers. I have also had repairs done and they are wonderful at that also. Appraisals? NO PROBLEM! If you have something in mind and they don't have it...they will either get it for you or figure out a way to design and make you one (or two). I think you may all get the idea...they are simply THE BEST! Seriously, the only jeweler I'll ever need....

I love Snyder Jeweler. Building relationships with a jeweler is important, you need to be able to trust them. Tiffany is the best, she knows my style. If she comes across something that she thinks I will like she lets me know immediately. I love her designs as well.
