Snyder Jewelers is 100% committed to your complete satisfaction. Any item considered "normal inventory" can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Any "special order" item can be returned for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. Any "custom" item or item that has been engraved cannot be returned, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in original packaging and original condition.
"Holiday Purchases" (items purchased after November 20, 2011) can be returned using the same guidelines as above until January 31, 2012.
