Appraisals

Snyder Jewelers is proud to offer comprehensive jewelry appraisals

The anatomy of a Snyder Jewelers Insurance appraisal consists of a full description of your jewelry including:

  • measurements, weights and qualities of all significant gemstones
  • weights and descriptions of all metals
  • Thickness and sizes of all shanks, chain and mountings
  • notations of all quality stamps and engraving
  • condition of item & a digital photograph of your item.

Turnaround

Most appraisals can be completed and returned within 24 – 72 hours. When you leave your item for appraisal, one of our associates will give you an estimate of our current volume and how long we will need the item. Due to the demanding holiday season we cannot accept any Appraisals until February 1st, 2017.
